Processing Time
Orders are typically processed same business day or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email (tracking may take 24–48 hours to update).
Customs & Duties
- USA: Duties/taxes are calculated and collected at checkout—no surprise fees at delivery.
- International: Customs duties/taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email customercare@jaida.ca immediately and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking looks unusual, your package seems delayed, or it shows delivered but you haven't received it, email customercare@jaida.ca—we'll look into it with you.
Returns (30 Days)
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Complimentary Returns Return shipping is complimentary on all eligible orders.
How to Start a Return Email customercare@jaida.ca with:

- The item(s) you'd like to return
- (Optional) reason—this helps us improve
We'll email a prepaid return label with instructions.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
Email us right away with your order number and clear photos, and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges—simply return your item and place a new order. Email us if you're worried about stock and we'll hold it for you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to process. If it's been 15+ business days since approval, please contact us.
