At Jaida, we want you to feel confident with every order. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and fair refund process.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Your return request must be submitted within this window to be eligible.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage may be refused or returned to the customer.

How to Request a Refund (Start a Return)

Email customercare@Jaida.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • (Optional) Reason for return (helps us improve)

Return Shipping

  • A prepaid return label is provided once your return is approved.

  • Please package items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

When approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

(Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.)If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact customercare@Jaida.ca.

What’s Refunded (and What Isn’t)

  • Refunds cover the returned item(s) value.
  • Original shipping charges (for orders under the free-shipping threshold) are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email Customercare@Jaida.ca right away with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Request a return, and

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.
